What to Expect

  • Before we begin, we assess your posture, joint mobility, balance, and muscular strength. This includes simple but powerful movement screens and tests that help us understand how your body currently functions, so we can build the safest and most effective training path for you.

  • Your sessions include compound, joint-friendly movements that mimic real life: getting up, reaching, carrying, walking, balancing. These are not just gym exercises. they're skills for life. We focus on strength, stability, and mobility in every session, so your body becomes stronger in all the right places.

  • Have a past injury, joint issue, or post-surgery concern? Erik brings his background in sport & remedial massage therapy and physiotherapy techniques to adapt each session with care. We integrate corrective strategies and soft tissue techniques where needed.

  • Train in a premium setting at MALU Sport Club (1010 Vienna) or combine with remote sessions for more flexibility. Whether you’re in the city part-time, travel often, or want coaching from home, we tailor the plan around your schedule.

  • Clients typically experience better posture, stronger daily movement, and increased energy within the first month. We track key metrics together and adjust the plan weekly to ensure long-term growth and sustainability.

  • Forma Fitness clients typically train once to three times per week, depending on their goals, schedule, and lifestyle.

    Most clients train twice per week, with an average investment of €110–130 per week, which includes:

    • 1:1 personal training at MALU Sportclub (1010 Vienna)

    • Access to MALU’s Spielplatz high-end gym during your sessions

    • A personalized training plan based on your mobility, strength, and longevity goals

    • Progress tracking, adjustments, and expert accountability

    • Ongoing support between sessions

Erik is a certified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience in London’s high-performance gyms, now based in Vienna. His approach blends functional strength, mobility, and longevity science , tailored for ambitious clients aged 40+ looking to be strong for life.

After delivering over 10,000 hours of personal training, I am now expanding my knowledge in physiotherapy to incorporate into my sessions and better support my clients’ goals.
